- This role is part of our hiring for the upcoming launch in France. As we are still finalising operational timelines for the location, exact start dates are yet to be confirmed. The Role

This is a locally based role; as such, you are required to live in Annecy, France or close to the area in order to commute daily. Your main role is to provide the best experience possible to our families through first-class service and a positive 'can do' attitude. We are an inclusive company and look for team members that actively involve themselves in our community of team members and families. Building strong relationships with team members and families is very important to us.

  • Being responsible for apartment cleanliness and functionality.
  • Manage housekeeping team (in-house or agency) to ensure apartments are up to standard on cleanliness.
  • Create cleaning schedules for the housekeeping team.
  • Be hands-on during turnover weeks to make sure apartments are ready for families.
  • Quickly respond to guest requests and feedback on the state of the apartments, and provide quick solutions when there are any related issues.
  • Identify and build relationships with local housekeeping agencies to tap into during peak seasons.
  • Manage housekeeping processes and ensure SLA are met.
  • Consistently evaluate the quality of work and ensure our standards are met.
  • Check all apartments prior to Cohort arrivals and ad hoc at least each apartment once a month during Cohorts.
  • Ensure apartments are fully furnished, being responsible for inventory.
  • Manage product supply for housekeeping and linen & upkeep for the Education Centre and hub.
  • Build and manage laundry processes and submit a monthly linen stocktake.
  • Manage and ensure that maintenance PMP (Preventative Maintenance Program) is implemented for all apartments, EC and Hub.
  • Manage apartment check-in and check-out process and checklists.
  • Ensure the welcome package is prepared and available for check-ins.
  • Cost management to increase efficiencies and meet our budget.


Accounting & Administrative Tasks:

  • Record and reconcile daily expenses and vendor invoices in alignment with company procedures.
  • Provide general support for location-level financial documentation and reporting as needed.
  • Manage basic documentation, data entry, and filing to support day-to-day operational workflows.
  • Handle routine correspondence, scheduling, and internal communication tasks to ensure smooth administrative functioning, as needed, to support the local operation.


About you
  • Live in Annecy, France or close to the area in order to commute daily.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience within operations/ housekeeping management.
  • Experience in the hospitality industry with customer interaction.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and decision-making skills.
  • Great organisational skills to manage the volume of requests received.
  • Experience in managing teams and 3rd party services.
  • Having direct experience in housekeeping and maintenance issue resolution.
  • Creativity to seek, encourage and find options as well as new approaches to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced, startup environment
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time and prioritise deadlines
