NUTS AND BOLTS OF THE JOB

• The ultimategoal during each shift is to endeavour to ensure that the needs of thecustomers have been met and exceeded at each interaction
• At everyopportunity, create a positive impression on the customer thus ensuring thatthey will remember their experience at Generator
• Ensure thebar is always clean, tidy and ready for business
• Ensure thebar is always fully stocked i.e. glasses, ice, garnishes, cocktail mixtures andis ready to trade in
• Ensure thatthere is enough produce and goods available to the customer at all times
• During busyperiods of trade, ensure the bar is maintained to a clean Generator standard,ensuring all tables, floors and equipment are clean at all times
• Monitor thequality of service and the quality of the drinks and cocktails and ensurestandards are high, taking action where required including speaking with theBar Supervisor or F&B Manager
• To ensurethat the procedure for cash reconciliation is carried out correctly and thefloat always balances in accordance with the cash handling procedures

• Experience working within the hospitality/service industry
