Gabriel, a market leader for a high-end brand that develops, manufactures and sells upholstery fabrics, is searching for an addition to the French team. With growing demand in the French market, we are now ready to hire a Sales and Showroom Coordinator to strengthen our customer and sales support across the region.
Reporting to the Sales Director France and Italy, you will work from our beautiful Paris showroom in close collaboration with the French sales team and a global team of Sales Coordinators.
As Sales and Showroom Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting our French sales team and customers through a combination of sales administration, customer service, and showroom coordination.

Reporting to the Sales Director France and Italy, you will work from our beautiful Paris showroom in close collaboration with the French sales team and a global team of Sales Coordinators.
As Sales and Showroom Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting our French sales team and customers through a combination of sales administration, customer service, and showroom coordination.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing customer orders by ensuring accurate order processing and administrative follow-up in our ERP system.
- Providing day-to-day support to customers and the French sales team by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and coordinating complaints in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Maintaining accurate customer data in our CRM system to ensure high data quality.
- Coordinating sample requests and managing the French textile sample library to ensure timely and professional support for customers, architects, and designers.
- Welcoming customers, business partners, and visitors to our Paris showroom and ensuring a professional and inspiring showroom environment.
- Supporting the planning and execution of showroom activities, customer meetings, trade fairs, and events in close collaboration with the sales team.
- Collaborating with colleagues across Europe and occasionally providing administrative support to the Sales Coordinator team when needed.
The ideal candidate
You take pride in delivering excellent customer experience and have a natural ability to build positive relationships. With experience in sales administration and customer service, you are comfortable managing multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
Furthermore, we imagine that you:
- Have a degree or professional training in Business Administration, Sales Administration, or a related field.
- Bring at least 4 years of experience from a sales administration role in an international environment.
- Are experienced in working with ERP systems, CRM platforms, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Communicate fluently in both French and English. Italian would be an advantage.
- Are service-minded, structured, and detail-oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Have an interest in design, architecture, furniture, textiles, or interior solutions.
