We are looking for our next postdoctoral researcher in the field of quantum communication and detection theory to join the Department of Communications and Electronics (COMELEC).
We are pleased to announce an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and talented researcher to join our team at Telecom Paris as a Post-Doctoral Fellow in the field of Quantum Technologies. This position offers a unique chance to contribute to cutting-edge research and innovation in the rapidly evolving field of quantum science and technology.
A 1-year post-doc position is available to develop joint protocol in quantum sensing and communication. The duration of the contract could be extended depending on the will of the candidate and his/her results. The candidate will join Telecom
Paris, one of the members of the Institute Polytechnique de Paris, for a contract starting from September 2024. The work of the post-doctoral student is funded by DimQuantip (Paris Region). She/He will be supervised by Dr. Nicolas Fabre (GTO, Telecom Paris).
Your main responsabilities :
To carry out research missions in the field of theoretical quantum communication and sensing

Vous devez être titulaire d'un doctorat ou équivalent. Vous possédez une expérience préalable en optique quantique théorique et en information quantique, ainsi que de solides compétences en rédaction d'articles scientifiques. Vous maîtrisez au moins un langage de programmation courant tel que Python, C++ ou MATLAB. Vous avez une bonne maîtrise de l'anglais, tandis que la maîtrise du français n'est pas requise.
