Contract Type : 18-months assignement
We are looking for a P&O Business Partner to manage our operational scope of 250 FTEs across three distinct markets. Operating in a standalone capacity with no direct team in place at present, you will play an essential role in driving both daily operations and legal compliance. A significant portion of your energy will be dedicated to fostering constructive labor relations with French employee representatives and social partners, as well as arbitrating critical P&O decisions at the legal entity level.

- Proven ability to build and maintain strong professional networks.
- Agile, strategic, and hands-on mindset, with a courageous and positive personality.
- Ten years of experience in Human Resources.
- Fluent English & French
What will be your key responsibilities?
- Support the BENEFRA P&O Head on current and upcoming projects
- Collaborate closely with the P&O Head and the Leadership Team to define and implement the P&O strategy in alignment with business priorities.
- Provide insights and recommendations on organizational design and effectiveness, culture, and talent management.
- Support Mars Signature Talent Programs: MDR, succession planning, and merit processes.
- Work with the P&O Head to foster a culture that drives engagement and performance. Support teams and hold them accountable for completing MAS impact planning sessions and ensuring regular follow-through so that actions aimed at enhancing the Associate Experience are executed and embedded within the organization.
- Partner with Associate Relations, Unions, MyP&O, Rewards, and Payroll to ensure a consistent, transparent, and trusted employee experience.
- Partner with business leaders, Finance, and the P&O Coordinator to monitor headcount, wages, workforce metrics, and turnover, and to drive data-based recommendations.
