Job Description:
Within the market SC team, the Logistics Leader is responsible to operate with excellence, adapt to business needs and optimize the warehousing, transport and co-packing. The Logistics Leader is also in charge of implementing the Logistics sustainability roadmap and is accountable for service (delivery on time), cost (Logistics Costs LCC) and CO2 KPIs.
The role is a X-segment representative towards our logistic suppliers.

What will be your Key Responsbilities?
Leadership of the team :
- Line management of the local Physical logistics team
- Member of the FR-BNL cluster xseg SC lead team
- Member of the Extended Leadership group of Pet cluster FR BNL
Operations :
- Coordinate and proactively manage operations in relation with Customer Service Dpt., S&OP in order to ensure excellence of physical operations.
- Ensure effective co-packing activities
- Ensure relationship with customs to secure importation of finished goods for French market
- Ensure compliance with the Quality In Distribution standards
- Set & align objectives, establish priorities, monitor key performance indicators and own the financial and operational performance delivery on On Time, LCC, market copacking cost . Lead optimization and savings initiatives to fuel business growth, create customer value, drive operational excellence and meet service levels targets.
Change agent :
- Cooperate with the European SC team in order to maximize synergies
- In relation with Commercial, define, and develop cooperation with 3PL
- Drive the implementation of a green logistics (decarbonized transport)
- Contribute to our E2E customer centric journey
- Lead the market warehouse footprint strategy in collaboration with Commercial
- Deploy LCC initiatives and manage 3rd party business arrangements.
