Main responsibilities:
Internal Control
- Develop and maintain the company's risk assessment framework.
- Conduct an annual Fraud Risk Assessment.
- Understand the company's key operational and financial processes, identify major risks (including fraud and IT-related risks) with business stakeholders, and define the key controls required to mitigate them.
- Support the promotion and embedding of a strong internal control culture across the organisation.
SOX Controls
- Implement and continuously improve SOX controls in coordination with the Group.
- Coordinate, train, and supervise control testers.
Operational Controls
- Design, implement, and monitor operational controls.
- Conduct functional audits.
Audit Monitoring and Reporting
- Monitor internal and external audits and provide reporting to Management and the Group.
IT Control Coordination and Monitoring
- Review Segregation of Duties (SoD), identify corrective actions, and update functional matrices in collaboration with IT Internal Control.
- Validate requirements for enhancements to technical and functional roles.
- Review system access rights, ensuring approval workflows are aligned with delegation-of-authority rules.
Skills and experience required:
- Graduate of a business school, Master's degree (Master 2), or engineering school, with a specialisation in audit.
- Relevant experience in audit (internal or external).
- Self-motivated, meticulous, versatile, and well organised, with strong analytical skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, proactive, solutions-oriented, and possessing strong common sense.
- Knowledge of the SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley) environment is desirable.
- Knowledge of Salesforce, SAP, and Kraken would be a strong advantage.
- Fluent in English.
