At Airbus, we support you to work, connect and collaborate more easily and flexibly. Wherever possible, we foster flexible working arrangements to stimulate innovative thinking.

Your challenges :

  • Provide permanent expertise and guidance to Procurement employees and suppliers through clear directives and custom-built training programs.
  • Execute day-to-day risk management to identify regulatory chemical substance infringements and monitor obsolescence to safeguard business continuity.
  • Lead specific strategic work-packages focused on ensuring long-term value chain circularity and environmental compliance.
  • Identify operational synergies across diverse Procurement divisions and affiliates to secure a single corporate front ("1 Voice") toward suppliers.
  • Act as the Procurement representative in key multi-functional teams and represent Airbus in external aerospace forums (e.g., IAEG, GIFAS, ASSC).

Your boarding pass :

  • University degree in Procurement, Engineering, Environment, Health and Safety (EHS), or a technical discipline with a clear grasp of substance regulations.
  • Minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant work experience within a complex, highly regulated transnational manufacturing environment.
  • Strong foundational knowledge of procurement activities and project management, combined with a technical curiosity for chemical compliance dossiers.
  • A natural connector and team player with excellent stakeholder management skills and a proven talent for driving organizational change.
  • Full professional fluency in English is mandatory (negotiation level); proficiency in French or German is a significant advantage.
  • Willingness to travel internationally (~20% of the time) to stay connected with global assembly and production sites.
