Your Role
As part of the Global Technical Assistance team, you will help design new global technical support methods by combining automotive expertise, data analysis, and new technologies.
In particular, you will help:
• Reinvent technical assistance processes for after-sales networks worldwide.
• Deploy a new global technical support tool used across all Stellantis regions.
• Support the integration of emerging technologies:
• Leverage artificial intelligence and data to improve operational performance and accelerate the resolution of technical issues.
Your Responsibilities
Process Optimization
• Design and improve technical support and repair processes.
• Identify pain points in the field and propose innovative, user-centered solutions.
• Standardize work methods across the group's various regions.
Data & Artificial Intelligence
• Analyze technical support data to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Contribute to the automation of tasks using digital tools and AI.
• Help implement smart solutions to speed up diagnostics and decision-making.
Digital Transformation
• Roll out new workflows and technical tools on a global scale.
• Collaborate with business, IT, quality, and engineering teams.
• Help shape the future standards of automotive technical support.
International Collaboration
You will work on a daily basis with:
• Field technical teams
• Vehicle and engineering experts
• Data and IT teams
• Technology providers
• Dealer networks
• Industrial partners
Profil
Qualifications
• Graduate of an engineering school or master's program (data, mechanical engineering, systems, AI, etc.) BAC + 5 level
• Initial experience, internship, or work-study program in the automotive industry
• A strong interest in data, AI, and technical data analysis
• A passion for hands-on work and real-world challenges
• Skills in project management and cross-functional coordination
• Strong ability to structure, simplify, and persuade
• Fluent English (B2 level)
You are comfortable with :
• Analyzing and solving complex problems
• Digital tools, data, and innovation
• Modern automotive technologies
• Process improvement
• Working in an international environment
• Communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Qualities that will make a difference
• Knowledge of electric, hybrid, or connected vehicles.
• Initial experience in data analysis or AI projects.
• Interest in automation and digital tools.
• Internship or experience in the automotive, mobility, or industrial sectors.
• Curiosity about new technologies and digital transformation.
