Our Corporate Affairs team in EMEA is looking for a highly motivated graduate to support internal and external communications across the region. You'll work closely with regional and global stakeholders, help coordinate communications activities, campaigns and reporting, and contribute to engaging stories that connect colleagues with Sage's vision, brand and strategy.

What we're looking for

To be eligible for this role, you'll need to hold a master's degree in communications, business administration, marketing, or a related discipline. Previous experience in communications, brand management, public relations, or corporate affairs is essential.

- A curious mindset and eagerness to learn

- A genuine interest in communications, business and technology

- Fluency in English and French, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages. Spanish language skills would be a plus.

- A proactive and collaborative working style, with the confidence to build trusted relationships and work effectively with stakeholders across teams, functions and geographies within a global, matrixed organisation.

- Willingness to travel across Europe when required to support targeted campaigns and collaborate with regional teams.

- Openness to receiving feedback and developing new skills

- Confidence using digital tools, AI and research to work smarter and faster

Responsabilités principales
What will you be involved in?

Our Corporate Affairs & Communications Graduate role is designed for someone who is curious about communications, business and technology, and keen to gain hands-on experience in a regional, international environment. Reporting to the VP Corporate Affairs EMEA, you will support communications and operations activities across EMEA, working with local, regional and global stakeholders to help deliver engaging campaigns, colleague & PR communications, executive communications and reporting.

In this role, you will build broad experience across EMEA communications and operations, including:

Internal Communications: supporting colleague engagement across EMEA through content, leadership communications, internal channels, events and campaigns that help colleagues connect with Sage's strategy and priorities.

External Communications: helping create PR content and materials for external audiences, supporting campaigns (PR and Public Affairs), media and reputation-building activities, and contributing to regional storytelling. Will include Social Media support on targeted campaigns and stakeholders.

Communications Operations & Reporting: coordinating EMEA communications activity, planning and reporting, supporting budget and agency coordination, and helping measure the impact of communications against agreed objectives (reporting)
