YOUR WORK ENVIRONMENT
The headquarters of the AXA Group (GIE AXA) brings together our corporate activities. It provides guidance and support to subsidiaries around the world, to ensure the coordination and monitoring of the Group's global strategy, the application of its standards, the consistency of commercial approaches and the sharing of best practices. The headquarters gathers approximately 1000 employees and is distinguished by its strong international culture (45 nationalities), which makes it a rich and stimulating place to work.
Within the Group, you will join the Group Underwriting Officer (GUO), more precisely the Technical Accounting team of Group Ceded Reinsurance.
Within "Operations", the "Reinsurance Accounting & Administration" service is organized into 2 geographical hubs and one cross-functional hub. Each geographical hub is responsible for the administrative, accounting, and financial management of the P&C and Life reinsurance portfolios within its scope.

YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSABILITIES
Main purpose
- Ensure all administrative, accounting, and financial operations related to the management of reinsurance portfolios in compliance with procedures and deadlines
- Contact for accounting and financial matters related to reinsurance portfolios of his/her scope
Main tasks
- Process contractual data into the accounting system
- Monitor, verify and process reinsurance accounts received from ceding companies in the dedicated IT system
- Ensure consistency and conformity with the contractual terms and condition
- Set up and send (retro)cession reinsurance accounts to the reinsurers/brokers
- Ensure the management of settlements and the financial follow-up of third parties
YOUR PROFILE
Technical and Professional Skills
- Knowledge of insurance/reinsurance concepts and 3-4 years of experience in an insurance/reinsurance technical accounting department
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Computer literate and good level in managing data in computer systems
Interpersonal Skills
- Autonomy, thoroughness, proactivity, good communication skills
