Prends part au monitoring de certains calculs spécifiques :
Contribue aux projets d'evolution des outils de production existant et propose des améliorations à travers sa connaissance de l'outil Jump/Clearwater analytics.
L'Investment Reporting Officer confirmé, participera également au suivi de la collecte :

Expérience :
Expérience de 3 à 5 ans est souhaitée dans un poste opérationnel similaire.

Key duties and responsibilities
Contribue à la production des rapports de la société de gestion en regard de leur fréquence de publication:
- Production des rapports commerciaux : GIPS, Factsheet, Ampère, inventaires, rapports personnalisés ;
- Production de rapports reglementaires : reporting reglementaire article 29, AIFM, PRIPS ;
- Production des rapports du mandat SCOR SE : Solvency look throuh report, Weekly Funds Review;
- Production des rapports de gestion : newsletter, suports de comité d'investissement ;
- Production des rapports ESG : EET, Calcul de l'intensité carbone.
Prends part au monitoring de certains calculs spécifiques :
- Calcul des AUM de la société de gestion ;
- Calcul de l'intensité carbone.
Contribue aux projets d'evolution des outils de production existant et propose des améliorations à travers sa connaissance de l'outil Jump/Clearwater analytics.
L'Investment Reporting Officer confirmé, participera également au suivi de la collecte :
- Rapport d'identification des deals (précentralisateur pour SCOR IP et controles de règles de souscription rachat par type de fonds)
- Envoi des annonces de collecte FR et Lux au sein de la société de gestion
- Rapport de collecte hebdomadaire
- Vérification des seuils de première souscriptions
- Réconciliation des positions de passif avec les transferts agents
- Un sens du service client et des compétences en collaboration sont attendus pour ce poste.
Qualifications
Expérience :
Expérience de 3 à 5 ans est souhaitée dans un poste opérationnel similaire.
Compétences personnelles :
- Capacité à travailler dans des délais courts et dans un contexte de travail dynamique et rigoureux.
- Sens de l'organisation, de la rigueur et être à l'aise dans un milieu polyvalent.
- Bonnes qualités relationnelles, sens aigu de la confidentialité et goût prononcé pour les chiffres.
- Très bonne maîtrise de l'anglais à l'oral comme à l'écrit.
Compétences digitales :
- Excel, VbA, Power BI, Bloomberg
- Connaissance de Jump/Clearwater Analitics
- Outils d'IA (Copilot, Claude...)
