We're looking for a talented and driven Consultant to join our dynamic consulting practice in Courbevoie, France. As a Consultant, you'll work on transformative projects that drive meaningful organizational change and deliver measurable business impact. You'll collaborate with senior leadership teams and contribute your analytical expertise to solve complex business challenges while fostering innovation and sustainable growth.

• Develop and execute strategic consulting solutions for corporate clients, focusing on organizational optimization and business transformation
• Conduct thorough analysis of client processes, systems, and organizational structures to identify improvement opportunities
• Design and implement innovative solutions that enhance operational efficiency and drive digital transformation initiatives
• Partner with client leadership teams to understand business objectives and translate them into actionable consulting recommendations
• Facilitate workshops and collaborative sessions using modern methodologies such as agile, co-design, and continuous improvement frameworks
• Prepare comprehensive consulting deliverables including proposals, business cases, and implementation roadmaps that meet the highest quality standards
• Support clients through change management processes, providing coaching and guidance to stakeholders at all organizational levels
• Contribute to the development of consulting methodologies and best practices within the practice
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through transparent communication and consistent delivery of value
• Collaborate with cross-functional consulting teams to leverage diverse expertise and deliver integrated solutions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (Master's level) from a recognized engineering school, business school, or equivalent university
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in management consulting, business transformation, or organizational consulting
• Demonstrated expertise in analyzing complex business problems and developing data-driven solutions
• Strong knowledge of transformation methodologies, including agile, Lean, and change management frameworks
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with senior executives and diverse stakeholder groups
• Strong interpersonal and coaching skills with the ability to influence and motivate teams
• Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality work products
• Analytical and problem-solving capabilities with strong business acumen
• Curiosity and passion for continuous learning in evolving business landscapes
• Adaptability and resilience in dynamic, fast-paced consulting environments
• Collaborative approach to teamwork with a supportive and inclusive mindset
• Fluency in English; French language skills are a plus given the Courbevoie location
• Willingness to travel to client sites as needed
