Team & Context
The CS-EMEA-TRADING department (Client Services dedicated to Front Office clients across the EMEA region - Europe, Middle East and Africa) is responsible for the Front Office management of a portfolio of EMEA clients.
This responsibility includes the implementation of Murex solutions, support for these solutions, upgrade management, training of traders and support teams, extension of functional scope, and monitoring market developments to propose new trading approaches. The CS-EMEA-TRADING-SecFin team focuses on expertise in financial products enabling the exchange of financial securities (equities and bonds), such as Repos and Securities Lending, with the objective of increasing liquidity, financing positions, or generating additional revenues. The SecFin activity also includes so-called synthetic products, which provide exposure to the performance of securities that are not physically owned in exchange for financing.
The team supports clients using Murex's SecFin trading module (products, tools, position monitoring) and is also responsible for developing expertise in securities financing markets within the EMEA region, contributing to the evolution of Murex's offering and ensuring that it meets the needs and specificities of the region.
Your missions/What you'll do?
You will join a team of consultants specialized in SecFin products and will work closely with our clients, as well as with our Front Office Experts and developers. Following an initial training period on the software and Front Office activities, you will contribute to the support of several clients and participate in implementation and upgrade projects, from the requirements gathering and analysis phase through to software go-live.

You will be supported by Senior Consultants throughout your learning journey and will regularly be encouraged to contribute to internal initiatives aimed at strengthening the team's functional expertise, sharing knowledge, and implementing collaboration methods and tools.

- Daily support on Front Office topics: analyzing and understanding issues and functional questions, and proposing appropriate recommendations and solutions
- Monitoring bug fixes and new feature developments in coordination with Product and Development teams. Following development and validation cycles
- Contributing to implementation and upgrade projects
- Performing validation tests on new developments to ensure they meet client expectations
You will be supported by Senior Consultants throughout your learning journey and will regularly be encouraged to contribute to internal initiatives aimed at strengthening the team's functional expertise, sharing knowledge, and implementing collaboration methods and tools.
Your profile/Who you are?
- Master's degree (Bac+5) from an Engineering School, University, or Business School with a specialization in Finance
- General knowledge of financial theory: basic product types, common structures, and payoff replication principles
- Interest in end-to-end operational challenges within financial institutions
- Technical skills: proficiency in Excel, VBA, and SQL. Any additional programming language is a plus
- Fluency in French and English
- Autonomy, rigor, attention to detail, analytical and synthesis skills
- Strong listening and adaptability skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High-quality reporting to management
- Strong interest in client-facing activities
- Team-oriented and collaborative mindset
