ABOUT THE ROLE

As Talent Acquisition Specialist, you are responsible for building a strong talent pipeline for our current and future recruitment needs to support Data4's growth across Europe. Your responsibilities include searching job boards, social media and other sites to identify potential candidates, sending recruiting emails and participating in the recruitment of future employees. To be successful in this role, you should combine knowledge of sourcing techniques with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Generate and maintain active and passive candidate pipelines for complex, hard-to-fill or high-volume positions using various sourcing techniques such as: market research / mapping, job boards, social media, networking events, referral programs and other channels,
  • Establish and maintain relationships with potential candidates to create a network of talent for future openings,
  • Maintain candidate databases and Applicant Tracking System,
  • Identify future hiring needs, co-develop and implement an effective sourcing strategy and proactively source potential hires,
  • Track and report recruitment metrics
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and the HR team to identify each position's requirements,
  • Conduct initial screening of candidates to assess their qualifications, skills, and interest in the position,
  • Select candidates and recommend shortlists to hiring managers;
  • Communicate with active and passive candidates regarding new job opportunities,
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers,
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, country laws, rules, and regulations
  • Promote the employer brand
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.


REQUIREMENTS

Education and experience
  • At least 3 years of experience in sourcing or recruitment for a search firm or in-house recruiting team
  • Experience recruiting within data centers, industrial, construction, energy, facilities management, engineering, or other technical environments is highly preferred.
  • Proven track record of engaging talent with an ability to turn passive prospects into candidates


Technical skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize effectively
  • Able to work to agreed deadlines and targets
  • Experience sourcing and engaging engineering, technical, or operational talent in competitive markets.
  • Proficiency with sourcing tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Ability to stay current with recruitment trends and best practices
  • Fluency in English and French is required; proficiency in an additional European language is a plus.

The role can be based in our offices in Paris or Marcoussis. Hybrid working model with a minimum of four days per week in the office.
