As part of the Social Affairs Department and reporting to the Head of Quality of Life, Health, and Safety and Disability Initiatives, the Disability Initiatives Apprentice helps implement the company's disability policy.
He or she helps carry out initiatives that promote the recruitment of people with disabilities, support their continued employment, and raise awareness about the inclusion of people with disabilities.

Missions :
Communication and Awareness-Raising
- Develop communication materials (intranet articles, posters, practical guides, etc.)
- Organize awareness-raising initiatives for employees and managers
- Help prepare for and lead activities during the European Week for the Employment of People with Disabilities (SEEPH)
- Monitor events, campaigns, and innovations related to disability in the workplace
Individual Support and Job Retention
- Help support employees with disabilities, in coordination with occupational health professionals
- Contribute to needs assessments and the monitoring of workplace accommodations
- Handle the administrative follow-up of cases while maintaining confidentiality
Recruitment and Onboarding
- Participate in forums, job fairs, and events dedicated to the employment of people with disabilities
- Contribute to the onboarding and follow-up of newly hired employees
Monitoring and Reporting
- Participate in the collection and analysis of disability policy indicators.
- Contribute to the preparation of progress reports and activity reports.
- Update the monitoring tools for the Mission Handicap.

About you:
We love to hear from you and how you match with this position. To be successful in this mission you should consider the following requirements:
- Two or three years of post-secondary education in Human Resources, Quality of Life, Work and Well-being, Occupational Psychology, or an equivalent field
- A strong interest in topics related to occupational health, as well as diversity and inclusion
- Strong interpersonal and writing skills
- Good organizational skills
- Proficiency in office and communication tools (Microsoft Office, collaboration tools, creation of communication materials)
- Discretion and respect for confidentiality
