CSG are pleased to be working with an innovative advanced manufacturing business in the critical minerals / circular economy, seeking a Chief of Staff to work directly alongside the CEO during a period of rapid industrial and commercial growth. Acting as an extension of the CEO, you will coordinate strategic initiatives across the business, ensuring key projects, customer commitments and executive priorities continue to move forward. This is a broad, high-impact role suited to someone who thrives in fast paced, founder led organisations and enjoys operating across commercial, operational and strategic functions. Key Responsibilities Act as the CEO's trusted partner, helping drive strategic priorities and day to day execution. Coordinate crossfunctional projects across commercial, operations, engineering and finance. Manage and strengthen relationships with existing strategic customers and partners. Support commercial negotiations, customer follow-up and strategic partnership development. Assist with feedstock sourcing and long-term offtake initiatives as the business scales. Prepare executive presentations, Board materials and strategic updates. Coordinate engagement with government bodies, industry organisations and key stakeholders. Track business priorities, ensure accountability and remove barriers to execution. Improve internal communication, reporting and operational processes to support growth. The successful candidate will be a commercially minded leader with experience supporting senior executives within high growth industrial or technology businesses within the circular economy. They will have a strong ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders, manage strategic customer relationships and drive business initiatives from concept through execution. Essential Experience Supporting senior executives or leadership teams in a fast-paced business. Working within production-based or industrial manufacturing environments. Managing strategic customers, partners and complex stakeholder relationships. Strong commercial awareness with excellent communication and organisational skills. Comfortable operating across multiple business functions and influencing without direct authority.
