Within the Industrial Automation Business Unit, the Supply Chain, Industrialization & Quality chapter of the Industrial Automation Services & Advisory LOB supports the Leagues in the operational management and evolution of service offerings both before and after their launch. It ensures product portfolio maintenance, process industrialization, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement to guarantee quality, profitability, and customer satisfaction throughout the service lifecycle.

Your role:

Reporting to the Supply Chain & Industrialization Leader for the Industrial Automation Services (Aghilas) organization, as a Service Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing end-of-life PLC product lines and keeping them in service, including the Premium, Quantum, TSX Micro, Twido, legacy offerings from the Modicon PAC and Machine Solution platforms, as well as the integration of future product lines that will reach end-of-life in the coming years.

Your missions:
  • Define each product SKU to be included in the service catalog.
  • Define sales forecasts for each product SKU for the service period.
  • Prepare the master data associated with each SKU and ensure initial stocking to guarantee that service offerings are available on the announced date.
  • Prepare communications for each country regarding service offerings and their updates.
  • Maintain service offerings throughout the service period and prepare for product end-of-life after this period.

It is important to note that this position is also linked to the circular economy, a major objective for Schneider Electric aimed at developing this business.

Your profile:
  • Industrial or mechanical engineer, specializing in quality or supply chain
  • At least 5 years of experience in the field

Your comptences:
  • Knowledge of PLC product lines
  • Knowledge of the Schneider PWP and SAP withdrawal process is a plus.
  • Strong leadership skills to successfully lead projects without direct authority
  • High degree of autonomy to navigate an uncertain environment with processes that are not yet fully defined
  • Excellent ability to work as part of a team
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Knowledge of the principles of the circular economy is a plus

For this France based position, the expected pay range is EUR 63.200 - EUR 94.800 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives (annual bonus) at target. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located in France. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Individual's compensation is positioned within the range based on several factors such as knowledge, job-related skills, experience, potential and relevant education or training.
