Transaction Execution Analysis

• Perform financial analysis of potential acquisition targets
• Build and review business plan and financial models
• Support valuation analyses (DCF, trading & transaction multiples, simplified LBOs)
• Participate in due diligence processes (financial, commercial), including coordination with advisors and summary of key findings
• Support BU M&A teams in their deal execution

Origination & Market Intelligence

• Various M&A related researches and analysis
• Perform sector and competitor analysis
• Maintain and develop internal M&A databases and benchmarks

Internal Coordination

• Work together with internal M&A teams and internal BU or HQ experts
• Prepare internal materials: investment memos, due diligence summaries, investment committee presentation and Board of Directors presentations
• Prepare the Group M&A pipeline dashboard and the Group M&A reporting

Votre profil

Education

• Master's degree (Bac+5 equivalent) from a leading Business School or Engineering School
• Specialisation in Corporate Finance, Finance or M&A

Professional Experience

• ~3 years of professional experience, ideally in Transaction Services activities / Valuation / Corporate Finance department / Corporate M&A environment
• Strong exposure to financial analysis, due diligence and transaction execution
• Experience with mid-cap / small-cap transactions is highly valued

F-Master ou équivalent
Expérience minimum

3 ans ou plus
Connaissances techniques souhaitées

Technical

• Strong financial modelling and analytical capabilities
  Understanding of cash flows, QoE and QoD analysis
• Excellent synthesis / presentation skills
• High level of rigor, autonomy, attention to details

Soft Skills

• Ability to manage multiple workstreams / multitask
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Intellectual curiosity
• Working knowledge of Dutch is a plus
