YOUR IMPACT

As Labour Relations Manager, you will be the primary liaison between the business and employee representative bodies, including works councils, employee representatives, and unions. You will own collective agreement negotiations, annual consultations, and labour relations strategy, while partnering closely with HRBPs, Centres of Excellence, Project Managers, and Legal teams. Your work will directly support business transformation, compliance with labour laws, and constructive social dialogue across the organization.

WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS
  • Lead relationships with works councils, unions, and employee representatives.
  • Drive collective agreement negotiations and implementation.
  • Partner closely with HR, Legal, and business stakeholders.
  • Lead restructuring and M&A consultation activities.
  • Contribute to European-level projects and initiatives.


WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

  • Master's degree in Employment Law, Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field
  • 8-10 years of experience in HR
  • 5+ years of experience in Labour Relations or Labour Law
  • Experience in unionized and complex environments highly valued
  • Ability to operate in transformation and fast-paced environments
  • Proficiency in HR tools and standard office software
  • Professional English and French language skills required
