Responsibilities:
- As a key member of the Site Leadership Team, you shape the financial and operational direction of the Colmar site and contribute to its long-term success
- You lead the Finance, Controlling and Supply Chain functions and drive sustainable business performance
- Through budgeting, forecasting, reporting and performance analysis, you provide the insights needed to drive profitability and informed decision-making
- Working closely with Operations, Division and Group stakeholders, you identify opportunities to improve financial performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the organization
- Effective governance, internal controls, compliance and investment management are part of your responsibility to safeguard the company's financial interests
- In addition, you oversee key sourcing and procurement activities and contribute to strategic supply chain decisions
- By developing and empowering your team, you foster a collaborative and high-performance culture
Qualifications:
- You hold a degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting or a related field; a master's degree is an advantage
- You have proven leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams within a manufacturing environment
- Beyond strong financial expertise, you bring a solid understanding of operational, procurement and supply chain processes
- You communicate confidently across all organizational levels and are experienced in partnering with senior leadership teams in an international, matrix-driven organization
- You are familiar with Operational Excellence principles as well as ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 and 50001 standards
- Fluency in French and English (at least at C1 level) is required; German language skills are an advantage
