This is an exciting job opportunity for you to light the way as a Cluster Revenue Growth Manager (South Europe) in our office in Suresnes, Paris in France (preferred location). Madrid in Spain or Milan in Italy are also possible locations for this office-based role.
For this role, we are looking for someone who has previous working experience in FMCG environments with a proven track record in Revenue Growth Management and Margin/profitability Management, in addition to a broad commercial background across sales, marketing, category management, trade marketing, or commercial excellence.

For this role, we are looking for someone who has previous working experience in FMCG environments with a proven track record in Revenue Growth Management and Margin/profitability Management, in addition to a broad commercial background across sales, marketing, category management, trade marketing, or commercial excellence.
1. Commercial Policy Execution & Implementation:
- Ensure CP execution supports value realization through quality, consistency and disciplined commercial decision-making.
- Use CP trade term adherence analysis to identify value leakage and define corrective actions with KAMs.
- Support key customer negotiations by providing fact-base, challenge and commercial decision rules on pricing, trade terms, promo investment and customer profitability.
2IGM Value Optimization & Improvements:
- Lead the translation of available reporting and analysis into actionable insights for leadership, Commercial Effectiveness Manager, Pricing Specialist and Sales teams.
- Own the IGM improvement roadmap on cluster and key account level, ensuring countermeasures are defined, assigned and tracked.
- Drive mix improvement initiatives by identifying where growth is margin-accretive versus where mix creates dilution, complexity or value leakage.
- Drive promotion effectiveness with KAMs by linking promo calendars, investment levels and ROI evaluation to clear continue/change/stop decisions.
3. Cluster Value Realization & Performance Management:
- Own the cluster value realization cockpit, using relevant KPIs to identify value leakage, root causes and required actions in monthly Market/Cluster MPRs.
- Translate sales, margin, mix and CP performance gaps into clear corrective actions with Sales, Marketing and Finance.
- Challenge and approve exceptions to pricing, trade terms, listing/exclusion and promotion principles, within defined thresholds and decision rights.
4. Cultural Change & Discipline:
- Drive cultural change within the cluster, promoting value extraction and optimization of processes and frameworks.
- Build a culture where commercial decisions are made with a stronger fact base, clearer ownership and explicit profitability impact.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
- 8-10 years of professional experience in Marketing Management, Category Management, Pricing Management, Commercial Policy, Business Analytics and related functions.
- Previous experience in a similar RGM/IGM role in an FMCG environment.
- Proven track record in driving margin, product mix, trade terms and pricing improvements.
- Experience working closely with Sales and commercial leadership teams.
- Ability to drive governance, discipline, and cross-functional alignment in a complex organization.
- Strong personal drive, pragmatic mindset and ability to influence stakeholders constructively.
- Resilience, initiative and ability to challenge constructively in a complex commercial environment.
- Strong communication skills and confidence in engaging with senior commercial stakeholders.
- Fluency in English is required. French, Spanish or Italian communication skills are a plus.
- Strong analytical, LEAN and conceptual skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable commercial decisions.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, SAP, Helios, Vistex (other IT skills are an advantage).
