Your Job

As Senior FP&A, you are the CFO's analytical right hand and a true Business Partner to Sparteo's division
and department heads. Your mission is to turn our financial and operational data into a reliable single
source of truth - and into decisions. Concretely, you steer the Group's profitability, sharpen resource
allocation and equip our leaders to make data-driven calls across a fast-scaling, multi-entity and
international AdTech group. You don't just report the numbers: you own a scope, challenge the
assumptions behind them, and act on what they reveal.
Responsibilities:

Closing, Reporting & Data Reliability

• Co-drive the monthly and annual closing hand-in-hand with the accounting team; own the FP&A side of the timeline and its quality.
• Produce the monthly management reporting - Group and product-line P&L, KPI tracking, margin and cash bridges - clear, structured and synthetic.
• Guarantee the reliability of the numbers: reconcile finance vs. operational sources, build the single source of truth, and always trace data to its exact source before it is shared.

Budgeting & Forecasting

• Drive the annual budget and the reforecast cycles in direct collaboration with department and division heads.
• Build, own and continuously improve the financial model and the rolling forecast (revenue, opex, headcount, cash).
• Turn business assumptions into figures and challenge them - no black boxes.

Profitability & Performance Analysis

• Run profitability analysis by product line, entity, project and business line - including publisher rev-share economics and SaaS / CMP recurring revenue.
• Track and challenge operating costs; identify and size optimisation levers (Pareto: the 20% of costs or initiatives driving 80% of the impact).
• Build and maintain the performance dashboards leaders actually use to steer.

Business Partnering & Decision Support

• Partner with operational managers: help them monitor their budgets, read their performance and act on it.
• Deliver ad-hoc studies and business cases for the CFO and top management (pricing, investment / capex, hiring ROI, new-market or new-product cases).
• Make finance actionable: translate analysis into a clear recommendation and a decision, up and down.

Tools, Process & Continuous Improvement

• Proactively improve the FP&A tooling and processes (PDCA) - standardise, document and automate recurring reporting without creating legacy.
• Contribute actively to the implementation of new tools (BI, ERP): requirements, testing and
  adoption.
• Set the analytical standards a growing finance team can scale on; act as FP&A reference and
  mentor for more junior profiles.

Your profile for this job

Candidate prerequisites
Must have

• Master's (Bac+5) in Finance, Management Control or Audit (Business School /
• University).
• 4-6 years' successful experience in FP&A / management control - corporate
• environment or audit firm (Big 4 a plus).
• Advanced Google Sheets / Excel: modelling, pivot tables, advanced functions.
• Solid general and cost accounting.
• Professional English, written and spoken.
• Rigour, analytical mindset, ability to synthesise, autonomy and proactivity.

Should have

• Hands-on ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics, NetSuite...).
• BI tool experience (Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
• Demonstrated business-partnering track record with non-finance stakeholders.
