The Role

We are looking for a dynamic and commercially minded Product Manager to drive the growth of our Advanced Surgery portfolio in France.

As a key member of the Central Western Europe Marketing team, you will be responsible for translating global and regional strategies into impactful local execution while shaping the future of our product portfolio in one of Baxter's strategic businesses.

You will work at the intersection of marketing, sales, medical affairs, market access, and customer engagement to accelerate adoption, support successful product launches, and deliver sustainable business growth.

This position offers high visibility, broad cross-functional exposure, and the opportunity to work closely with surgeons, Key Opinion Leaders, and commercial teams across France.

What You'll Do
Drive Product Strategy & Business Growth
  • Develop and execute local marketing strategies aligned with regional and global business objectives.
  • Identify growth opportunities through market analysis and customer insights.
  • Support portfolio performance, market share expansion, and customer adoption.
  • Lead local execution of product launches, line extensions, and portfolio optimization initiatives.
  • Monitor business performance and recommend actions to maximize results.
Generate Customer & Market Insights
  • Build strong relationships with surgeons, healthcare professionals, hospital stakeholders, and Key Opinion Leaders.
  • Stay ahead of market trends, competitor activity, and healthcare developments.
  • Capture and translate customer needs into actionable business recommendations.
  • Support the development of compelling value propositions and customer engagement strategies.
Lead Marketing Execution
  • Create and implement impactful omnichannel marketing campaigns.
  • Develop promotional materials and customer-facing content.
  • Support congresses, workshops, educational events, and digital engagement initiatives.
  • Monitor campaign effectiveness and continuously optimize performance.
Forecasting & Business Planning
  • Contribute to demand planning and forecasting activities.
  • Support annual business planning processes.
  • Analyze performance metrics and develop recommendations to improve results.
  • Contribute to marketing budget planning and resource prioritization.
Collaborate Across Functions
  • Partner closely with Sales, Medical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, Market Access, Pricing and Supply Chain teams.
  • Act as the marketing expert for your portfolio.
  • Drive alignment and execution across multiple stakeholders.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects supporting business growth.


What You'll Bring
Education
  • Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biomedical Sciences or related discipline.
Experience
  • Experience in Product Management, Marketing, Medical Devices, Healthcare or Pharmaceutical industries.
  • Experience supporting product launches and commercial initiatives.
  • Experience working with healthcare professionals or hospital environments is highly valued.
Skills
  • Strong business acumen and analytical capabilities.
  • Ability to transform data and customer insights into action.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Project management and prioritization abilities.
  • Collaborative mindset and stakeholder management skills.
  • Digital marketing and omnichannel marketing experience is a plus.
  • Entrepreneurial, proactive and results-oriented approach.
Languages
  • Fluent French.
  • Professional English.
  • Additional European languages are an advantage.
