ABOUT THE ROLE
Important note:
Reporting to the Executive Committee , you will lead and coordinate high-impact internal strategic projects to support the Group's growth, transformation, and harmonisation.
You will work in a cross-functional capacity with various entities and international subsidiaries to drive strategic project progress, streamline collaboration between teams, and accelerate the implementation of transformation initiatives.
As a true enabler and change driver, you will help structure practices, improve coordination across countries, and strengthen the Group's overall collective efficiency.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Important note:
- Fluency in both English and French is required, as you will interact daily with international teams and stakeholders.
- This position requires a strong on-site presence at the Group's headquarters near Orléans (Boigny-sur-Bionne - 45). While occasional remote working is possible, the successful candidate is expected to spend the majority of their time on-site, with occasional international travel to the Group's entities.

Key responsibilities
Group strategic project management
- Animate Group-wide transformation projects in support of members of the Group's Executive Committee
- Monitor and track the progress of strategic internal initiatives
- Structure methodologies, action plans, KPIs, and project governance frameworks
- Identify roadblocks and propose pragmatic solutions
- Ensure timelines, priorities, and objectives are met
Transformation & harmonisation of practices
- Support the harmonisation of processes and ways of working
- Foster collaboration between the Group's various companies and departments
- Strengthen coordination between teams in France, New Zealand, USA, India, and other international subsidiaries
- Contribute to Group-wide and digital transformation projects (reorganisations, strategic performance initiatives, ERP, new processes, etc.)
Supporting Group growth
- Bring fresh perspectives, ideas, and innovative approaches
- Contribute to continuous improvement of organisational performance and practices
- Support change management across teams and leadership
- Prepare analyses, recommendations, and decision-support materials for the Group's Executive Commitee
ABOUT YOU
Education & experience
- Master's degree from a business school, engineering school, or university
- 3 to 8 years of successful experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Management / organisational transformation consulting in large consulting firm
- In-house strategic project management role, or Chief of Staff or PMO
- Or a fast-growing startup / scale-up or transformation / mid-sized company environment
