Context
SETBT is experiencing rapid growth linked to the datacenter and nuclear business, with expected sales of €70M, backed by a massive investment plan and positioned at the forefront of innovation.
Within our Global ETO plant in Chartres-de-Bretagne, you will directly contribute to managing the financial performance of the Engineering to Order business model, supporting customer project performance, industrial efficiency, and robust financial processes.
Location
This role is based in France, in Chartres-de-Bretagne.
There is no relocation for this role.
Your role
Within the Finance organization, you act as a true business partner and co-pilot to the business leader of the Global ETO plant in Chartres-de-Bretagne. You manage the financial performance of the business, with a strong focus on customer project financial performance - revenue and margin - as well as manufacturing and supply chain efficiency.
You support Tender Managers and Project Managers in risk analysis, drive action plans, ensure full entity compliance and strengthen financial processes.
You also contribute to the successful launch of a new product, with accurate cost follow-up versus target and monitoring of the costing derogation process.

For this France based position, the expected pay range is EUR 78.400 - EUR 117.600 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives (annual bonus) at target. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located in France. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Individual's compensation is positioned within the range based on several factors such as knowledge, job-related skills, experience, potential and relevant education or training.

Your role

You support Tender Managers and Project Managers in risk analysis, drive action plans, ensure full entity compliance and strengthen financial processes.
You also contribute to the successful launch of a new product, with accurate cost follow-up versus target and monitoring of the costing derogation process.
Your missions
- Act as a business partner to the entity management line and to functions outside the plant, such as territory accounting and the Business Finance Competency Center.
- Monitor economic performance evolution and provide visibility and analysis to entity management.
- Guarantee deadlines, accuracy and reliability of Group reporting, audits and KICs.
- Control the reliability of accounting data and reporting, while complying with Group and IFRS rules and external audit requirements.
- Drive financial processes and tools such as ROI, IDB, inventories, benchmarks, star products, and others.
- Ensure regular update and accuracy of tendering costs in tendering and configuration tools.
- Challenge tendering and project teams to ensure project costs remain under control.
- Ensure cash management follow-up for the entity, set up forecasts and anticipate medium-term risks and opportunities.
- Analyze variances between actuals and forecasts, with a global end-to-end view of flows linked to the entity.
- Manage relationships with front offices and execution centers, and challenge the Entity Manager and team on performance and objectives.
- Develop economic awareness within the global entity and manage the Finance team, including performance, competencies and versatility according to SPS SIM rules.
- Contribute to Group projects such as EPM and Unify, lead change management and ensure the interface with Schneider Digital.
Your profile
- Master's degree in accounting or finance.
- 5 to 10 years of finance experience, in plant controlling.
- Project controlling experience would be a plus.
- Experience in change management.
- Fluency in both French and English is required.
Your skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple objectives, prioritize and deliver results.
- Managerial experience would be a plus.
- Digital mindset and ability to work with digital tools and transformations.
- Ability to support people management, including goal setting, performance management, competency development, recognition, engagement and well-being.
