Context
Within the Corporate gMDT (Global Marketing, Digital & Technology) division, you will join the DSPE (Digital Sales Product & Experience) department, whose mission is to define, design and deploy sales and customer relationship ecosystems for commercial teams, with the objective of enhancing their performance and efficiency.
As Data Analytics Project Manager, reporting directly to the Head of Global Omnichannel Customer Relationship, you will lead the department's Data team. Your scope is cross-functional, covering the data needs of all DSPE domains: Omnichannel, Individual Sales, and Meetings & Events.
You will oversee a team of two experienced Data Developers and collaborate closely with Product Managers, business stakeholders, the Change Management team, and central Data teams (Data Visualization & Business Intelligence, Data Factory, etc.).
Beyond dashboard delivery, you will champion a strong analytical mindset, transforming data into actionable business insights.

You will define and drive the department's data vision while ensuring alignment with product and business priorities.
2. Scoping & Solution Design
You will ensure the translation of business needs into clear, feasible, and development-ready initiatives.
3. Delivery Management & Data Team Leadership
You will oversee the successful execution of data initiatives while leading and supporting your team of two experienced Data Developers.
4. Analytics, Business Insights & Data Culture
You will promote an analytical approach that goes beyond reporting to make data a true decision-making asset.

Key Responsibilities
1. DSPE Data Vision & Roadmap
You will define and drive the department's data vision while ensuring alignment with product and business priorities.
- Co-build and maintain the DSPE data roadmap in partnership with Product Managers and department leadership.
- Consolidate and qualify business requirements from the various DSPE teams.
- Support prioritization decisions based on business value and implementation complexity.
- Identify opportunities to leverage data for product, commercial, and strategic decision-making.
- Facilitate governance and prioritization forums with Product Managers, Heads of Department, and the VP DSPE.
2. Scoping & Solution Design
You will ensure the translation of business needs into clear, feasible, and development-ready initiatives.
- Lead feasibility assessments with the department's Data team, covering data availability, quality, modelling requirements, and workload estimation.
- Identify key constraints, risks, and dependencies, particularly with central Data teams.
- Transform validated initiatives into structured and actionable backlogs.
- Write user stories, business rules, acceptance criteria, and quality requirements.
- Ensure consistency of data modelling choices and arbitrate key technical decisions alongside the BI team.
3. Delivery Management & Data Team Leadership
You will oversee the successful execution of data initiatives while leading and supporting your team of two experienced Data Developers.
- Lead and support the Data team by managing workload allocation, capability development, delivery quality, and team engagement.
- Conduct first-level testing and validation before business stakeholder review.
- Coordinate production releases with Product Managers and the Change Management team, including release note preparation.
- Ensure post-deployment monitoring and issue resolution across the data perimeter.
- Maintain the long-term consistency and reliability of the DSPE dataset through documentation, stabilization, quality assurance, and dependency management.
4. Analytics, Business Insights & Data Culture
You will promote an analytical approach that goes beyond reporting to make data a true decision-making asset.
- Conduct or supervise ad hoc analyses on customer journeys, sales channels, agent performance, and product performance.
- Translate analytical findings into business insights and actionable recommendations.
- Communicate complex data concepts effectively to diverse audiences, including Product Managers, Business Units, and leadership teams.
- Challenge assumptions with rigor and analytical thinking.
- Foster a strong data culture within the department by increasing data maturity and promoting KPI best practices.
Profile
- Master's degree (Business School, Engineering School, or equivalent university qualification).
- Proven experience (5+ years) in Data Project Management, Senior Data Analytics, or a similar role combining scoping, delivery management, and data analysis.
- Strong command of SQL (experience with BigQuery is a plus) and the ability to independently manipulate and analyze data.
- Significant hands-on experience using data visualization tools such as Power BI, Looker, or similar platforms.
- Previous experience leading or coordinating a technical team is highly valued.
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to move beyond reporting and formulate evidence-based recommendations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage both business and technical audiences.
- Strong business orientation and interest in sales, customer relationship management, and omnichannel environments.
- Curiosity for innovation related to data, automation, and Artificial Intelligence.
- Fluent English, enabling effective collaboration with international teams and markets.
Additional Information
- Permanent Contract (CDI).
- Based at Club Med Headquarters, Paris La Villette (19th arrondissement).
- Current remote working policy: up to 8 remote working days per month, subject to manager and team approval, with the possibility of taking one full remote working week per quarter.
