Job Description
For our Affiliate in France, we are recruiting a
Customer Service Manager.
Main Responsibilities
- Oversee daily customer service activities (requests, delivery issues, billing disputes)
- Coordinate a customer service team (1 FTE and 1 apprentice), with potential for broader leadership responsibilities over time
- Act as main point of contact for the 3PL and HQ (orders, stock, deliveries)
- Monitor product availability, including critical products
- Ensure data accuracy in CRM and SAP and support improvements
- Manage public and private tenders
- Handle international customers and cross-functional topics
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Reports to the Business Operations Support Manager
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Customer Service, Logistics, or a related field
- Proven experience in Customer Service, Supply Chain, Operations, or Order Management
- Strong knowledge of customer service processes, inventory management, and logistics operations
- Experience with ERP and CRM systems; SAP knowledge or experience would be a strong asset
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with a continuous improvement mindset
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Native-level French and professional fluency in English, both written and spoken, are required

- Annual Base Salary between € 42.000 and € 53.000
