Job Description
For our Affiliate in France, we are recruiting a
Junior product manager.
Main Responsibilities:
- Support the development and execution of local marketing plans in alignment with global and regional strategies
- Assist in the launch and lifecycle management of products, including promotional campaigns, events, and digital activities
- Collaborate with sales, medical, regulatory, and supply chain teams to ensure effective product availability and communication
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform product strategies
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for assigned products
- Adapt global marketing materials for the local market, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company standards
- Assist in the preparation of promotional materials, presentations, and digital content
- Support the organization of conferences, congresses, and local events
- Manage administrative tasks related to product management, including budget tracking and documentation
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant market and regulatory developments
Requirements:
- Master's degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or currently pursuing a Doctor of Pharmacy degree.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a pharmaceutical company, demonstrating strong understanding of industry practice.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Strong digital skills, with experience using digital marketing, analytics, and content management tools.
- Experience with Canva or similar content creation and visual communication tools would be an asset.
- Strong analytical capabilities, including the ability to interpret data, synthesize insights, and perform accurate forecasting.
- Structured, logical, and concise communication skills, with strong relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to plan, organize, and meet deadlines, managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of the regional pharmaceutical market and customer behaviors, including prescription and treatment practices.
- Ability to develop short- and medium-term strategic plans.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with internal and international stakeholders.
- Native-level French and professional fluency in English, both written and spoken, are required.

- Annual Base Salary between € 38.000 and € 48.000
