Implicity is a MedTech scale-up redefining remote cardiac monitoring. Our Corporate Development team is the strategic engine behind our growth: partnerships, market access, public funding, and international expansion.

Your missions

As Corporate Development Manager, your responsibilities are, but not limited to:

1. Partnerships & Ecosystem Development
  • Lead high-impact cross-functional projects: structure, prioritize, and execute in collaboration with product, commercial, and medical teams.
  • Identify, initiate, and structure strategic alliances with key stakeholders: big pharma, medical device manufacturers, and academic institutions.
  • Conduct market intelligence to identify expansion opportunities, new product launches, and disruptive business models.

2. Public Grants & Funding Strategy
  • Manage and optimize a portfolio of public grants, ensuring alignment with national and European funding opportunities.
  • Lead grant applications, reporting, and compliance to maximize funding impact.
  • Identify new funding opportunities aligned with the product roadmap.

3. Market Access & Public Affairs (France)
  • Shape health policy by engaging with key decision-makers: HAS, Ministry of Health, Assurance Maladie.
  • Lead or contribute to clinical, medico-economic, and organizational impact studies.
  • Develop high-value strategic content for policymakers, payers, and healthcare institutions: reimbursement dossiers, policy briefs, institutional pitch decks.
  • Build and maintain a strategic network: payers, public authorities, professional societies, and patient advocacy groups.
  • Monitor regulatory frameworks and funding schemes proactively (LATM, LPPR, PECAN, etc.).

4. Global Market Expansion & Intelligence
  • Contribute to defining and executing Implicity's international growth strategy.
  • Identify reimbursement opportunities and innovation funding models across key European and international markets.
  • Produce actionable benchmarks and strategic recommendations.

At Implicity, you will have a weekly meeting with your manager, to help you succeed in your mission, and continuously improve your skills.

Each team works with quarterly OKR, to be crystal clear, fair and honest with your targets.

The annual appraisal is a shared exchange moment, focused on your development.

Your Profile and Mindset

Must-have qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in the healthcare sector, ideally in strategy consulting, public affairs, health economics, or market access.
  • Advanced degree in business, health economics, public policy, or equivalent: MBA, Master's in Strategy & Consulting, Health Economics/Management - a life sciences background is a plus, not a requirement.
  • Proven track record in complex, multi-stakeholder project management in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in public funding or grant writing (national or European programs).
  • French native or bilingual; fully fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: you combine strategic vision with hands-on execution in a high-growth environment.
  • Excellent analytical, synthesis, and communication skills - you make complex topics clear and compelling.
  • Strong work ethic; acts with integrity, honesty, and fairness.

Strong-to-have skills
  • Deep knowledge of the healthcare ecosystem (regulation, players, trends) and a personal network in the industry.
  • Ability to manage multiple strategic projects in parallel and deliver on time.
  • Intellectual agility and ability to learn quickly on new topics.

Decisive bonus skills
  • 1+ year in strategy consulting
  • International work experience and the ability to think global, act local.

Depending on your availability, the recruitment process should last less than 3-4 weeks.

General information

Salary
  • For this job (permanent contract), you have a base salary depending on your experience
  • Eligible for stock option (BSPCEs) according to the company's existing rules
