Role Summary

The candidate will support the General Secretary's team within the Finance Department, assisting with and preparing corporate governance matters and the administration of managed funds. This is a full-time position based in the Paris office.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Oral and written responses in French and English
  • Support to corporate officers in connection with the management of Meridiam group funds and companies (KYC, correspondence, corporate governance matters, formalities)
  • Scheduling and administrative preparation of meetings of the various governance bodies (boards, committees)
  • Finalise the pro forma layout of documents on behalf of the General Secretary (powers of attorney, corporate decisions, etc.)
  • Prepare and update corporate documentation required for the development of Meridiam projects (prequalification documents)
  • Assistance with the implementation of internal procedures


Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's / Master's degree in Law
  • Fluent or native-level English required
  • Experience in corporate or fund management, or in a law firm in an administrative and legal capacity
  • Basic knowledge of companies (corporate law and company structures)
  • Proficiency with standard office software
  • Attention to detail
