Your role
As the Technical Lead for Offer Logic within the Power Products division, this full-time role delivers end-to-end technical expertise and guidance for the Product Selector & Product Configurator tool. You will lead technical design, scripting, and specification governance for Offer Logic, reduce reliance on external teams, drive adoption of new selector / product configurator technologies, and collaborate closely with cross-functional & global teams to ensure scalable, high-quality offer logic solutions aligned with business and customer needs.

For this France based position, the expected pay range is EUR 78.400 - EUR 117.600 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives (annual bonus) at target. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located in France. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Individual's compensation is positioned within the range based on several factors such as knowledge, job-related skills, experience, potential and relevant education or training.

Your missions
Technical Specification Development & Governance
- Translate high-level marketing offer specifications into precise, actionable technical specification documents to standardize offer logic rules.
- Manage version control and audit trails for all technical specifications, enabling accurate change tracking and compliance testing.
- Conduct technical reviews of specifications to ensure alignment with business requirements, configuration rules, and cross-offer harmonization standards.
Offer Logic Modeling & Scripting (New Technology Focus)
- Lead technical modeling and custom scripting for Offer Logic, with a primary focus on supporting new Product Selector / Product Configurator technologies.
- Design and implement scripting logic for complex offer rules, constraints, and decision workflows critical to the new tech stack
- Validate script functionality, optimize performance, and resolve scripting bugs to ensure seamless integration with selector systems.
- Define and document standardized technical procedures for the new Product Selector / Product Configurator technology, bridging gaps between legacy and new systems.
- Work with SE Digital Selector & Configurator CoE team to re-use scripts and customize them to Power Products requirements
Product Selector / Product Configurator Quality & Technical Oversight
- Drive end-to-end Product Selector / Product Configurator quality checks for technical deliverables (eg, technical validation of KB content, modularization implementation and alignment with related systems) to enable proper testing
- Reduce organizational dependency on the SE Digital CoE team by owning in-house Offer Logic technical knowledge and leading internal trainings
Product Selector / Product Configurator Customer Experience Optimization
- Improve customer experience on selector through optimized selection and functionality
- Support Product Selector SPOC & DPEX Lead in driving innovation in selector workflows to enhance customer experience on SE website and integrated platforms
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Technical Liaison
- Act as technical contact for Offer Logic, partnering with global technical teams (eg,SE Digital Selector & Configurator CoE) , Marketing Leagues, Engineering and Design teams.
- Leverage geographical proximity to cross-functional teams to accelerate issue resolution, improve collaboration responsiveness
- Provide urgent local technical support for Europe time zones, mitigating risks of blocked customer orders during critical issues.
Your profile
- Proven mastery of product selector design (eg, Knowledge Base/KB), implement modularized configurations in SAP (VC - Variant Configuration)
- Strong hands-on developer profile with expertise in scripting language (e.g., Python, JavaScript or proprietary configurator languages), logic building, and technical modeling for enterprise software.
- Working knowledge of PIM systems, SAP configuration, and publication platforms for selector deployment.
- Knowledge of data science fundamentals and enterprise data system management.
- Familiarity with supply chain data flows (SAP, Bridge, Sysconf) and digital selector integrations (web publication, MySchneider, order systems).
- Knowledge of Power Products offer structures (breakers, PCP, switchboards) and competitor offer selector solutions is a plus.
