Private Assets and Estate Manager

AHS is seeking a highly experienced Estate Manager with a strong background in 5-star hotel management to oversee the operations of luxury estates within our portfolio. This role demands a professional with exceptional organizational and leadership skills, capable of delivering the highest standards of service and maintenance expected in luxury hospitality environments. The successful candidate will ensure the smooth running of the estate, managing staff and vendors, and providing an unparalleled living experience for the residents.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the private residences in London and Dubai and the interior of the yacht (106m), ensuring impeccable standards of maintenance, cleanliness, and service
• Manage, train, and supervise household and yacht interior staff, fostering a culture of excellence, discretion, and professionalism
• Coordinate with external contractors, vendors, and service providers across both residences and the yacht to deliver high-quality, reliable service
• Develop and manage budgets, procurement, and inventories efficiently across all properties and the yacht interior
• Implement and maintain health, safety, and security protocols compliant with legal and industry standards, including relevant yacht interior SOPs
• Leverage 5-star hotel management experience to elevate the day-to-day guest/resident experience and service delivery standards across the portfolio
• Plan and execute private events and gatherings at the residences and/or aboard the yacht, ensuring flawless hospitality and logistics
• Maintain absolute confidentiality and discretion in all interactions with the family, guests, and staff
• Act as the primary point of contact for residence and yacht interior matters, coordinating closely with the Owner's Representative and other private asset stakeholders

Requirements

• Minimum 5-8 years' experience in a similar Estate Manager / Household Manager / Private Assets Manager role, ideally with combined residence and yacht interior exposure
• Proven track record working directly with UHNW/VIP families in a private household or superyacht environment
• Experience managing multiple properties across different countries (UK and UAE experience strongly preferred)
• Yacht interior management background (Chief Stewardess, Interior Manager, or similar) is highly desirable
• Impeccable presentation, discretion, and references from previous principals
• Strong staff management, budgeting, and vendor negotiation skills
• Flexible and willing to travel between London, Dubai, and the yacht's location as required
• Fluent English required; additional languages an advantage
