About the Role
As Events Manager, you will lead the planning and execution of Bonhams' Events Programme in Paris, while supporting the wider European regional Event strategy. You will work closely with the wider Marketing Team, Specialist Departments, Management, and other internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality events that support commercial objectives, strengthen client relationships and bring the Bonhams brand to life. You will also provide support where required on coordination of Marketing Campaigns.
Reporting to the Head of Events, you will be part of the Global Marketing team, working closely with colleagues across Europe and London to deliver a consistent and effective events programme.

About the Role
As Events Manager, you will lead the planning and execution of Bonhams' Events Programme in Paris, while supporting the wider European regional Event strategy. Key Tasks and Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, development and end-to-end delivery of events in Paris.
- Work closely with Specialist Departments and stakeholders to develop events that support business and client development objectives.
- Own and manage the Paris events calendar, contributing to the wider European regional events strategy.
- Manage event budgets, suppliers and production partners, ensuring high-quality delivery within agreed budgets.
- Oversee all event logistics, including production, hospitality, guest experience and on-site delivery.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure events are effectively planned and delivered, with clear roles and responsibilities.
- Identify opportunities to engage new and existing audiences through the events programme.
- Work closely with the Head of Strategic Partnerships to source and develop appropriate event and brand partnerships that support the Bonhams vision.
- Provide Events support and guidance, where relevant, to wider European regional offices, including invitations, guest lists and event logistics.
- Work closely with Client Development teams to maximise the impact of events and support post-event client engagement.
- Report on event performance, budget delivery, KPIs and key learnings.
- Support integrated Marketing activities as required, including promotional and consignment collateral, video, digital and email marketing.
Key Skills and Experience
- Proven 4+ year track record in event management, ideally within the art, luxury, fashion or cultural sectors.
- Experience managing events end-to-end, including budgets, suppliers and external production partners.
- Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with confidence working with senior stakeholders.
- Proactive, commercially minded and solutions focused.
- Fluent in both French and English.
- Willingness to travel within Europe as required.
