To support our worldwide growth opportunities, we are looking for a Turnkey Tender Requirement Manager to lead requirement management activities for turnkey transport system bids and help secure robust, compliant and competitive offers.

Your mission

In this role, you will drive the Requirement Management process during the tender phase, ensuring customer requirements are clearly identified, allocated, analysed and answered. You will provide a solid and fair commitment on the level of compliance of our offer, while supporting the Bid Manager and Technical Bid Manager with clear decision-making inputs.

Key responsibilities
  • Implement and monitor the Requirement Management process throughout the tender phase.
  • Ensure all customer requirements are identified, structured and allocated to the relevant tender teams.
  • Coordinate requirement analysis by each stakeholder and validate responses in consultation with the Bid Manager and Technical Bid Manager.
  • Provide detailed progress tracking and reporting on requirement management activities.
  • Give a clear view of bid non-compliances and define the associated qualifications.
  • Set up and manage the requirements database using the DOORS Requirement Management tool.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of the Requirement Management process within the Turnkey Bid Requirement Management team and with other Alstom departments.
  • Support the definition, validation and deployment of AI-based tools to improve requirement management efficiency and quality.


Your profile

We value passion, ownership and strong communication skills. You do not need to meet every requirement, but the following experience and capabilities will help you succeed and grow in this role:
  • Experience on the use of Requirement Management tool (e.g. DOORS, Polarion, Comply Pro)
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional and multicultural teams.
  • Experience in international tenders, ideally in railway transport systems or complex infrastructure projects.
  • Good knowledge of project management principles and tender governance.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail, with strong analytical, synthesis and prioritisation skills.
  • Knowledge of data analysis tools, ability to develop macros to facilitate data processing (Power BI, Excel macro, VBA, Python).
  • Fluency in English and French is mandatory; Spanish is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel internationally when required.
