IT Transversal Solution Analyst

Job Description

We are seeking a Transversal Solution Analyst to join the Investments Engineering and Delivery team within the Finance Tech, Data & AI area.

The ideal candidate is client-centric and problem-solving oriented.

You will work closely with stakeholders to optimize and ensure seamless projects execution that support our investments areas at SCOR.

You will participate in the deliveries of strategic and regulatory projects and enhancements across the asset management value chain.

Responsibilities

Key duties and responsibilities
  • Conduct preliminary feasibility studies then contribute to the functional and technical specifications, proactively proposing solution options.
  • Ensure adherence to processes, timelines, and optimal use of external resources.
  • Oversee in-house developments, testing phases and deployment, ensuring compliance with procedures, budget, timelines, and technical constraints.
  • Communicate with external vendors (software publishers, service providers) when development is outsourced.
  • Contribute to change management activities by supporting users in adapting to changes in their environment.
  • Participate and monitor maintenance activities for systems already in production.
  • Documentation: Identify recurring issues and assist in creating documentation for future business support processes.
  • Business Support: Address business issues as part of the project team to aid in remediation efforts.
  • Process Improvement: Propose enhancements to improve processes and outcomes.


Qualifications

Required experience & competencies
  • More than 8 years of experience in Asset Management, Investment Management, or Financial Services.
  • Proven experience delivering complex projects with high quality standards.
  • Strong expertise of asset management operating models and end-to-end chains and mechanisms.
  • Exposure to regulatory subjects.
  • Knowledge of a programming language.
  • Solid experience of agile.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team and with various stakeholders in IT.
  • Able to proactively identify risks, and drive action to mitigate and resolve issues


Required Education
  • Master Degree in Finance, Computer Science, Management of Information Systems or a related analytical field; or equivalent experience.
