As part of the ANR-PRCI COMIX project, which aims to improve design activities through interactive display environments enabling collaborative design work for co-located groups or across distributed sites, we are hiring a Post-Doctoral Researcher in Ergonomics / HCI / Human Collaboration within the Automatic Control, Production and Computer Science Department (Nantes Campus, PACCE team of LS2N - UMR CNRS 6004).
In collaboration with the project team, your main missions will include developing observation grids for activities, designing interview frameworks to evaluate collaboration quality, proposing a new discourse analysis method, creating complementary questionnaires, and participating in the validation of these tools.

• You have skills in data analysis methods, virtual reality evaluation methods, and human collaboration evaluation methods.
• You have experience in ergonomics, HCI, cognitive psychology, or a related field.
• You are a strong team player with excellent oral and written communication skills in both English.
Candidates must hold a Ph.D. obtained less than 3 years prior to the hiring date in ergonomics, HCI, cognitive psychology, or a related field.

REMUNERATION :
Indicative salary: €35,800 gross per year, depending on profile and experience (reduced employee social security contributions in the public sector).
