Monk provides visual expertise through Computer Vision and Deep Learning algorithms. Today, our AI model is able to detect and classify damage on any type of vehicle, from photos taken on a smartphone. We are building a word-class damage detection and computer vision service. We are looking for (people) with a data-centric approach to help us build the future of vehicle damage detection.

The role
We're looking for a Product Manager to take over the leadership of a key product team, with the ability to step beyond their direct scope on cross-functional projects and help further structure the product function.

The role
We're looking for a Product Manager to take over the leadership of a key product team, with the ability to step beyond their direct scope on cross-functional projects and help further structure the product function.
Responsibilities
- Drive product strategy and the roadmap for their area of ownership
- Take full ownership of a technical team product scope (developers, data scientists), with frequent involvement in other teams to help deliver cross-functional projects
- Work hand-in-hand with the team's tech lead on planning and delivery management
- Scope product evolutions with technical teams and translate needs into clear, testable specifications; prioritize features based on value and constraints
- Own quality assurance and facilitate key product ceremonies (backlog grooming, sprint planning, reviews)
- Test new ideas by implementing quick POCs
What we're looking for
- 3+ years of product management experience, ideally in a tech/AI environment leading technical teams (data science, engineering)
- Proven ability to lead a technical team and make calls without being the domain expert on every topic
- Experience with B2B / enterprise client relationships
- Solid understanding of data/AI topics (computer vision a plus)
- Hands-on experience with Python, SQL, and big data queries
- Comfortable with vibe coding and working with LLMs
- Fluent English
