YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSABILITIES:
- What You'll Do
- Funding and Portfolio Management
- Identify prospects and funding opportunities.
- Review and assess support proposals for alignment, feasibility, and likely impact.
- Make funding recommendations for senior leadership or board.
- Manage a portfolio of active partnerships, including renewal or exit decisions.
- Relationship Management
- Serve as the main point of contact for and build trusted relationships with partners and applicants.
- Create synergies with AXA associations (AXA Hearts in Action, AXA Prévention, AXA Entraide...) and Group entities.
- Provide feedback, guidance, and capacity-building support to partners.
- Ensure proper activation and communication around supported projects.
- Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning
- Set expectations for reporting and outcomes with partners.
- Track results and extract lessons to refine future strategies and share learning internally and externally.
- Convene meetings, roundtables, or collaborations among grantees and partners.
- Internal Collaboration and Compliance
- Work with Legal, Tax, Compliance, and other operations teams to ensure partnerships are compliant and well-administered, in accordance with AXA standards of methods, procedures, and the legislation of the countries of the supported associations.
- Prepare materials for board meetings (e.g., applications dockets, strategic updates).
- Contribute to internal learning, inclusion, and organizational culture.

- Help define the foundation's goals and priorities in their focus area, as well as cross-functional themes.
