Property Intern Paris

We're looking for a Property Intern to support our Paris operations team and help us deliver an exceptional living experience across our houses.

What you'll be doing

• Member Experience Champion: Ensure a smooth, pleasant, and frictionless experience for our members, helping create homes people genuinely love living in.
• Maintenance Coordinator: Organize maintenance interventions and cleaning operations, follow incidents closely, and coordinate with suppliers and contractors to keep our houses in top shape.
• House Performance Analyst: Monitor operational KPIs, identify areas for improvement, and help optimize the overall performance of our portfolio.
• Cost Optimization Partner: Track operational expenses and suggest smart, efficient solutions to improve house performance while keeping costs under control.
• Reporting Wizard: Prepare clear and structured operational reports to support decision-making and improve team visibility.
• Opening Support Hero: Assist in launching new Cohabs homes in Paris by coordinating with internal teams and helping ensure smooth openings.
