Missions
- Gestion des appels entrants du service clients.
- Classification des demandes clients dans le CRM.
- Réponse aux demandes d'information après-ventes.
- Gestion & facturation des demandes simples (duplicata, changement d'adresse, changement de RIB...).
- Gestion des demandes de sortie anticipée du contrat, calcul et communication auprès de nos partenaires et clients.
- Gestion des annulations d'assurance.
- Envoi de documents contractuels au client.
- Suivi des procédures d'enregistrement, modification et radiation de nos équipements auprès des greffes de tribunaux de commerce.
- Traitement des amendes. • Gestion des courriers NPAI.

A propos de vous
- Vous avez une formation supérieure BAC+ 2/3, vous disposez d'une première expérience en gestion administrative.
- Vous avez le sens du service (écoute, respect des engagements).
- Vous êtes dynamique, autonome, organisé(e) et savez gérer les priorités.
- Vous disposez d'une bonne aisance téléphonique et relationnelle.
- Vous savez faire preuve de rigueur, de réactivité, d'analyse et aimez travailler en équipe.
- Vous maîtrisez le pack office.
