We are currently looking for Financial Specialist, the details Job responsibilities as below:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accounts Payable & Receivable (AP/AR): Process vendor invoices, prepare supplier payments, issue client invoices, and track outstanding receivables.
  • Bank & Account Reconciliations: Perform monthly bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy in general ledger accounts.
  • Expense Management: Review, process, and audit employee expense reports in compliance with company policy and French tax regulations.
  • Month-End Closing & Tax Declarations: Assist senior accountants with monthly/annual closings, prepare standard journal entries, and support routine tax filings (e.g., TVA / VAT).
  • Audit & Statutory Compliance: Help gather documentation for internal and external auditors and ensure compliance with French financial reporting requirements.
  • Administrative Support: Support physical and digital financial record-keeping directly at our Boulogne-Billancourt office.

Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or Master's degree (e.g., DCG, DSCG, CCA) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Work Authorization: Valid French work permit / legal right to work in France is required (or priority given to candidates with existing French work status).
  • Language Proficiency:
    • Fluent in French (spoken and written - required for daily operations).
    • Fluent in English OR Chinese (spoken and written).
    • Experience: 1-4 years of relevant accounting experience or apprenticeship ( alternance ) in France.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas).
    • Familiarity with accounting software commonly used in France (e.g., SAP, Cegid, Sage, QuickBooks, or Xero) is a plus.
  • Soft Skills:
    • High attention to detail and numerical precision.
    • Good organizational skills and ability to manage priorities on-site.
    • Proactive team player with a strong willingness to learn.
