As part of a replacement following an internal transfer, we are looking for our future Supply Chain Performance Manager - Parts & Attachments.
The main mission of your team (6 people) is to ensure the continuous improvement of our operations, both on the ground and within our IT systems, in order to deliver flawless service to our customers.
You will ensure constant alignment between customer needs (internal and external), processes, and tools implemented across our warehouses worldwide. The key objectives of the position revolve around 2 main pillars:
In detail, you will:
Profile
Master's Degree / Bac+5 in Supply Chain Management (MBA, Master of Engineering, etc.) or General Engineering degree, with at least 10 years of experience in various Distribution Supply Chain roles (Projects, Warehouse, Transport, Procurement, etc.), ideally in a warehouse / logistics environment. Knowledge and mastery of technical logical sequences and Supply processes (Transport, Warehouse, Procurement, Quality, etc.) and related functions (partner business lines / interfaces).
You have experience in team management, ideally with technician / engineer profiles, though any managerial experience will be valuable to drive motivation, establish rules, set the vision, and monitor performance.
Advanced knowledge of the following tools: ERP / TMS / WMS / WCS / APS
Lean Management, Continuous Improvement
Advanced Excel, Fluent English & french
Behavioral skills: Team spirit, ability to take a strategic high-level view, ability to find compromises (seeking the best possible decision for the BU while accommodating operational constraints), curiosity, open-mindedness / proactive mindset.

- A broad vision of our activities (procurement, planning, logistics, transport, etc.) ensuring a complete understanding of existing interactions within the Supply Chain and with other business lines / partners, while keeping the customer at the center of our focus.
- An ability to combine pragmatism and technical expertise in managing sometimes complex projects (mechanization, flow optimization, etc.), allowing for a seamless translation of business requirements into clear deliverables for our internal partners (IT, new works / facilities engineering, etc.).
In detail, you will:
- Supervise a team of 4 experts in continuous improvement, logistics processes, project management, inventory management, and IT system leads in their respective domains (WMS, ERP, APS, etc.), as well as 2 work-study trainees.
- Participate in the development of the logistics master plan (Storage, distribution, and transport) by drawing on domain experts both centrally and within subsidiaries.
- Identifie drivers for improving overall supply chain performance and proposes solutions.
- Lead projects contributing to the improvement of the group's spare parts supply chain. Manages defined supply chain projects in order to meet quality, cost, and deadline targets within both central warehouses and distribution subsidiaries.
- Define and deploy methods and standards across subsidiaries on all Supply Chain aspects (Procurement, Operations, Transport, etc.).
- Ensure the implementation, maintenance, and Level 1 operational user support for analysis, reporting, and management tools related to supply chain activities (ERP, WMS, APS, etc.).
- Guarantee warehouse inventory quality (Inventory Turnover) and availability rate through the management of our global inventory policy and leading the S&OP process.
- Conduct monitoring of group projects to identify risks and opportunities for the Spare Parts Business Unit.

- The site is based in Ancenis (44), other location in Manitou's plant will be reviewed (i.e: US, Italy, India).
