Job Summary
- Coordinate Employer Branding campaigns and contribute to internal and external communication initiatives and manage reporting and data analysis using Excel.
- Assist in the design, planning, and execution of assessment processes for Grades 16 and 18, and coordinate Grade 14 assessments (including Saville psychometric tool)
- Collaborate with Carissa Cher to implement a consistent assessment and evaluation
strategy across levels and coordinate with HR Business Partners to ensure a consistent approach for external recruitment and internal mobility and promotion. - Contribute to Executive Leadership initiatives and strategic HR projects.
- Create key presentations and storytelling materials for senior management.

- Assist with running assessment programs, ensuring timely delivery and coordination
between stakeholders (HRBPs, vendors, and business leaders). - Support preparation of communication content for employer branding campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Monitor and consolidate assessment outcomes from external providers and ensure accurate documentation.
- Conduct data collection and analysis on HR-related projects; develop dashboards and KPIs.
- Prepare impactful presentations for HR leadership and Executive Committee.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in handling sensitive data.

Tools
- Advanced MS Excel (Pivot tables, formulas) and Power BI.
- PowerPoint for executive storytelling and reporting.
- Exposure to HRIS (Oracle) and assessment vendors (Saville) is a plus.

Required Education
- Student in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field (Master&preferred).
- Available for a 6-month internship.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills; ability to synthesize data into meaningful
insights. - Fluent in English (oral and written).
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, high cultural awareness.
