The Regenerative Agriculture Program Manager will bring the current Petcare strategy to the next level, ensuring coordination of programs around the globe. The Program Manager will lead updates based on research, partnership, and project outcomes to evolve current program governance and strategy. The Program Manager will be the central point of contact to facilitate best practice sharing, ensuring that results are representing key project implementation outcomes. Also, the Program Manager will help move beyond carbon outcomes to support other key Mars Healthy Planet and Thriving People objectives.

What are we looking for?
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to navigate diverse global systems
- Knowledge of Regenerative Agriculture and Climate Smart Agriculture, both corporate governance and on-the-ground implementation, or knowledge on where to access information about Regenerative Agriculture
Supplier/partnership engagement and program planning expertise to drive toward joint outcomes for farmers and for Mars - Thought-leadership and a strategic global mindset
What will be your key responsibilities?
- Managing the Mars Petcare Regenerative Agriculture Program centralized components, connecting regularly with regional leads
- Updating and redeploying Mars Petcare Regenerative Agriculture strategy governance, in partnership with Petcare Sustainable Sourcing Lead
- Facilitating global team meetings, KPI tracking, dashboard development, and annual SiG reporting
- Participating in external regenerative agriculture engagements on behalf of Mars and Mars Petcare
- Partnering to research trends in Regenerative Agriculture to inform strategic action and potential communication opportunities
