About the position
The role contributes to WALLIX's strategy for securing converged IT/OT environments, enabling trusted access for human and non-human identities across enterprise and industrial systems, while addressing the cybersecurity, resilience, and compliance requirements of critical infrastructure operators.
As part of PAM Product Management team you will drive PAM roadmap and execution of key components within our WALLIX platforms. You will collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to deliver secure, scalable, and user-centric solutions that meet the evolving needs of our global customers.

As part of PAM Product Management team you will drive PAM roadmap and execution of key components within our WALLIX platforms. You will collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to deliver secure, scalable, and user-centric solutions that meet the evolving needs of our global customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute PAM products strategy for securing operational technology (OT) environments and IT environments, including industrial control systems (ICS), SCADA systems, and critical infrastructure.
- Engage with industrial customers, OT operators, system integrators, and technology partners to identify requirements specific to manufacturing, energy, transportation, utilities, and other critical sectors.
- Translate OT cybersecurity, compliance, and operational resilience requirements into product capabilities aligned with standards such as IEC 62443, NIS2 , NERC CIP and DORA.
- Collaborate with OT ecosystem partners, including industrial automation vendors, OEMs, system integrators, and MSSPs, to develop integrations and strategic partnerships.
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog for OT and in support for IT, working closely with engineering teams to deliver customer and business value on time and with high quality.
- Partner with sales, marketing, and customer-facing teams to support product launches, enablement activities, and go-to-market initiatives.
- Contribute to pricing and packaging decisions by providing market insights, customer feedback, and competitive analysis.
- Monitor product adoption, customer satisfaction, and business performance, using data and feedback to drive continuous product improvements and measure outcomes.
Desired profile
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in OT Product Management, or as OT Cybersec expert
- Strong understanding of PAM, IAM, or related security domains.
- Strong understanding of Operational Technology (OT) environments, including ICS, SCADA, PLCs, HMIs, industrial networks, and critical infrastructure cybersecurity. IT is a plus.
- Experience working with industrial cybersecurity standards and regulatory frameworks such as IEC 62443, NIS2, DORA, or equivalent.
- Knowledge of OT architectures and major industrial technology ecosystems (Schneider Electric, Siemens, Rockwell Automation, ABB, Phoenix Contact, Yokogawa, Honeywell, Emerson, etc.).
- Experience defining products for industrial organizations or critical infrastructure operators is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with secure remote maintenance, privileged access management in OT environments, asset visibility, and industrial identity governance.
- Proven ability to manage complex product lifecycles in Agile/Scaled Agile environments.
- Experience with SaaS platforms, REST APIs, and automation tools is a plus.
- Fluent in English and French.
