Introduction

In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting FutureNow Centers, where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

Your role and responsibilities
En tant que Testeur IA, vous interviendrez sur des projets de tests fonctionnels et/ou automatisés, en exploitant les capacités de l'intelligence artificielle pour améliorer l'efficacité, la couverture et la qualité des activités de test.
À ce titre, vous prendrez en charge les missions suivantes :
Responsabilités • Cadrage et préparation des tests
- Élaborer et rédiger la stratégie de recette
- Structurer le référentiel de test et organiser les campagnes
- Générer et optimiser les cas de tests à l'aide d'outils d'IA (à partir de spécifications, user stories...)
- Participer aux ateliers " 3 amigos " et garantir la testabilité des items du backlog
- Préparer les environnements et jeux de données, avec appui d'outils IA pour enrichir les datasets
- Exécuter les tests Front (IHM Web et mobile) et Back (API)
- Réaliser la recette fonctionnelle des User Stories et corrections de bugs
- Exploiter l'IA pour analyser les résultats de tests et détecter des anomalies ou patterns
- Effectuer des tests de non-régression et piloter les campagnes de validation
- Accélérer les cycles de test via l'utilisation d'assistants IA (génération, priorisation, analyse)
- Remonter les anomalies à l'équipe de développement
- Utiliser des outils IA pour qualifier et enrichir les anomalies (priorisation, clustering, suggestion de causes)
- Suivre la résolution des bugs jusqu'à leur clôture
- Assurer la qualité finale du produit avant mise en production
- Contribuer à l'amélioration continue des pratiques de test grâce à l'IA
- Apporter une vision transverse sur la couverture et la pertinence des tests
- Contribuer à l'excellence méthodologique et à l'industrialisation du testing
- Collaborer avec l'automaticien pour la mise en place et la maintenance des tests automatisés
- Utiliser l'IA pour générer et maintenir des scripts de test automatisés
- Optimiser la couverture de tests et réduire la maintenance via des approches assistées par IA
- Contribuer à l'intégration des tests dans les pipelines CI/CD

Required technical and professional expertise
- Expérience significative en tant que testeur logiciel (3 ans minimum)
- Maîtrise des outils de gestion de tests (JIRA, ALM Octane)
- Expérience en tests fonctionnels et compréhension des architectures applicatives (Front / Back / API)
- Sensibilité ou première expérience dans l'usage d'outils d'IA appliqués au testing
- Capacité d'analyse et esprit critique
- Formation Bac+3 à Bac+5 en informatique ou équivalent
- Français & Anglais courant (écrit et oral)
Preferred technical and professional experience
- Expérience avec des outils d'automatisation (UFT, Selenium, Cucumber, RestAssured, Appium...)
- Expérience ou appétence pour les outils d'IA appliqués au testing (génération de tests, copilots, analyse automatique)
- Compréhension des méthodologies Agile (Scrum, Kanban)
- Capacité à concevoir et optimiser des cas de test efficaces
- Esprit d'analyse, rigueur et autonomie
- Capacité à travailler en équipe (développeurs, BA, PO, chefs de projet)
- Intérêt pour l'industrialisation et l'amélioration continue des pratiques de test
