Job Type: 12-month assignment
Locations: Can be based at SLO, VEG, JAN, HAG or POZ

The Regional Menucard Activity Manager role is responsible for delivering against the Mars Wrigley strategy for the ECE Region; by delivering the activities through our QuEST Green activity process. It is a pivotal role in driving scale, efficiency and agility, managing a significant network of market stakeholders in multiple countries around the region and multiple functions within the European supply network.
In addition, this role is expected, as a member of the Regional Activity Management team, to be active in supporting the development of business process, governance and behaviour that drive speed, agility and OTIF (on time in full) delivery of all QuEST activities.

What are we looking for?
- Experience using processes & systems and able to demonstrate a continuous improvement mindset and ability to deploy and embed changes to users.
- Clear and concise communicator who can engage with cross-functional associates to support their delivery of projects on time and in full
- Demonstrated judgement to recognise when to ask for support or inform stakeholders in regards to project delivery on time and in full against the governance and processes.
- Self-reliant, decisive, and resilient, with the ability to respond and adapt to a fast moving, swiftly changing environment
What will be your key responsibilities?
- Defines the scope and owns Right First Time (RFT) submission of Menucard Green NPR's including relevant data points (item codes, design) on behalf of markets and supply, against which the SAE community executes the POR process.
- Ensures Menucard QuEST Green projects proceed in compliance with agreed business processes, governance and thresholds
- Owns the Menucard to ensure that it always accurately reflects the current portfolio and associated governance
- Owns and maintains comprehensive process documentation in the form of the "QuEST Green Process"
- Pro-actively supports market and functional project initiators with training and ad-hoc help with understanding how to leverage the process to drive success
- Actively contributes to workflow and systems development linked to the Regional Activity Management team ways of working that touch or influence Menucard and the Menucard QuEST Green process.
