We are hiring an Associate Product Manager (F/H) in Le Wagon's engineering team.
The job is based in Paris (11e) for a 6 or 12-month internship.
The Engineering team
We are a team of 4 Software Engineers and 2 Data Engineers based in Paris and Madrid.
Our mission is to build the right tools and features to support Le Wagon's consolidation and growth. We work in cycles and follow the Shape Up methodology.
Our Software Engineers have a strong product culture and are involved in our product cycles, from shaping to release and adoption. The product team is made of the CTO, VP Engineering, Head of Data and Associate Product Manager. You will report to the CTO.
What is the job about?
As an Associate Product Manager, you will take an active role in the Product Roadmap, ensuring the implementation of processes across the Engineering team at each step of the projects lifecycle, and scheduling and documenting all product-oriented meetings.

What is the job about?
As an Associate Product Manager, you will take an active role in the Product Roadmap, ensuring the implementation of processes across the Engineering team at each step of the projects lifecycle, and scheduling and documenting all product-oriented meetings.
What you will do?
- Assist the CTO in collecting needs from stakeholders during Framing sessions
- Attend the Betting Table where stakeholders needs are pitched to the CEO for selection and prioritization;
- Assist Project Owners in the writing of well-scoped pitches, synthesizing the context and needs, elaborating solutions, designing sketches on Excalidraw;
- Collect weekly Status Updates from Project Owners to take the pulse in ongoing projects;
- Organise all projects lifecycle events w/ developers and stakeholders, from kick-offs to demos;
- Collect Release Notes from developers and have them reviewed before sharing w/ the company on Slack;
- Facilitate the onboarding of stakeholders on newly released features / tracking of adoption
About you :
- You are currently a Master's Degree student or equivalent in Engineering or Business school.
- You are autonomous and rigorous, you know how to organise yourself and work with deadlines and in cycles
- You have clear and confident oral and written communication in French and English
- You have excellent interpersonal skills, you understand the stakes of the product in a tech company
- You excel at detailed note-taking and are dedicated to creating polished, concise, and well-structured documents
- You love refining information into clear and effective communication
- It's a bonus for us if: You read Shape Up and you are a Slack, Notion and Google Calendar power user
