  • Coordinate cross-functional resources involved in communication projects: graphic design, audiovisual, and multilingual translations (Russian, Portuguese, Spanish, Chinese)
  • Lead team meetings and ensure regular one-on-one check-ins with each team member
  • Ensure editorial schedules are maintained and deadlines are met across all channels

Editorial Strategy & Planning
  • Establish and oversee the annual multichannel editorial calendar: newsletters, social media, podcasts, print magazine, blog, YouTube
  • Define content priorities by market and by event (Europe, Americas, Asia, China), taking into account the linguistic, cultural, and regulatory specificities of each audience
  • Produce strategic recommendations on communication tools, processes, and organization

Editorial Production
  • Write and oversee the production of high-value content: international newsletters, magazine articles, podcast scripts, web pages, and congress materials
  • Organize and conduct interviews with medical KOLs (surgeons, dermatologists, opinion leaders) to feed the brand's various media channels
  • Oversee magazine production (editorial coordination, liaison with the graphic designer, tracking of sponsor and scientific content)
  • Coordinate the monthly publication of podcasts (sourcing, validation, post-production)

Channels & Performance
  • Oversee and approve campaigns
  • Ensure compliance of practices
  • Track performance indicators by channel and produce regular reports for management

Desired Profile
  • Higher education degree in communications, journalism, humanities, or equivalent (Bachelor's/Master's level)
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in communications, including at least 2 years in a team management role
  • Experience in an international environment, ideally in medical, events, or B2B settings
  • Fluent in English (main working language - C2 minimum) and French; a third language is a plus
  • Solid knowledge of newsletter management tools (Mailjet or equivalent), social media platforms, and project management tools (Asana)
  • Comfortable with AI tools applied to content production (including InDesign & Canva)
  • Strong editorial judgment, rigor, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
